Good message, but honestly all of the yucky or yuck combination of words got old after a while.

I read this book with my eight year old, great shared reading. Excellent moral to the story. Teaches children, words can be beautiful...but they can also hurt. Fun book...educational too. Your child will not want to be a Yuck Bug.

This book is about two "yuck bugs" who are constantly hurting each other with their "poisonous" words.
I would use this book in my classroom to discuss how to handle conflict positively and to be nice to others.
