Sometimes, life seems rather like a Whack-a-Mole game. You pop your head up and wham life hits you with yet another problem. After a while, you start to long for any sort of reprieve, even a short one.

During challenging times like this, we often seek balance. Really, we are just hoping for a little peace so that we can get ready for the round of chaos. Being able to hold that balance (an inner centering) seems almost like a fantasy. Yet, doing so (or moving towards such), would allow us clarity
