In the beginning of our new nation there was the slave trade - Human beings that passed through this door never saw Africa again. Today so many of their great, great grandchildren's children return and are haunted by the echo at the Door Of No Return.

I went to the door twice in my own life and am glad that this book captures the horror and the greed.
