Insight into the mismanagement, corruption, and just plain dumb mistakes related to the UN's oil-for-food program before the U.S. attack on Iraq. Another good Perseus book I was hired to copyedit. Quite readable and informative. Doesn't exactly make you feel good about humanity, though...
