This was a sweet old school romance with a mystery thrown in for good measure. The mystery isn't very difficult to figure out, but the writing was good. Nice, quick story for those that enjoy the genre.

This is better than the last one, but the title still has me confused. The characters are likable, and this is a quick, easy read for anyone wanting a little escape.

This was the nearest thing I have read to a Georgette Heyer regency romance since that acknowledged master (mistress?) of the genre passed away!

A easy rollocking read, with a sparky heroine, suitably dark and brooding hero and a full supporting cast made this a real fun read.

If I had any complaint, it might be that it could have been twice as long and still been really good.

To read a review and find out what real life handsome hottie Ms. Courtenay had in mind while writing this novella, please see my blog post:
At last a hero and heroine with common sense. Christina Courtenay never disappoints.
