This books has many of my favorite recipes in it. Including the most delicious mandarin salad ever! Mmmm! I always put in a little more Tabasco that they call for.

This is the first of the Junior League of Denver cookbooks. It includes lots of yummy recipes. I've made several of the recipes over and over again and my family loves them.

I should try to make more from this cookbook, but there are some recipes from this that ny family has been making for DECADES, including Beef with Snow Peas, Mexican Rice, Carrot Cake, french steak, and Scandinavian meatballs, and Pheasant Casserole. I tried Pickaroon Potatoes and that was really good too

The best souvenier cook book I ever picked up. I only went to Colorado once and I have this gem to remember the weekend I spent with my Cottey College friends in Breckenridge.

First of all this has my lifelong potato salad recipe in it. Second of all have you ever wanted to shoot a Canadian goose and roast its carcass with prunes? That recipe is also here

I got this as my first cookbook in 1989. It was a birthday present that year and I have enjoyed it for 19 years. It was my guide to good food while I was first dating my wife.

Boring as it's flat paper with black text. What can I say, I'm a visual person.

Every true Coloradoan has this cookbook! Delicious and relatively easy to make comfort foods.
