A must read if you have allergies or asthma. I bought this to better understand my kid's situation, but it helped me much better understand the whole family allergy/asthma. It helped me understand what I was dealing with, removed the fear of the unknown, and simply helped me take action to take control of the situation.

The team of doctors at CHOP is one of the best in the country, and they are very strong in allergy and asthma. This book is very thorough and rigorous, yet at the same time very clear, written with parents in mind. I highly recommend if you are looking for information about either of these two conditions.

Lots of good things I learned from reading this book--most of all that I'm not crazy, Syd really does have all these symptoms and problems that I think she does. And that we're not the only ones. Most of the stuff in here I already knew from years of talking to specialists, but still good to have a reference like this, got a few new ideas.
