Yes it's formalistic - still I enjoy these books and suck it down like soda pop. Bad for me but oh so tasty. I borrowed this book from the Library just so I could read Lora Leigh's novella. What happened to Piper? Now I know how she and Jed "get it on". It was a little bizarre about the fashion designer.

Dawg is still as domineering as ever. In this one, he comes across actually unstable. Unstable in the sense that he's loosing it with his white knight syndrome. He believes he is responsible for

This was such a highly anticipated anthology for me…I’ve waited YEARS!!!! YEARS!!!!! At the time, I was not ready to let go of either of these series. And of course, these two awesome ladies didn’t disappoint. NAUTIER AND WILDER is action packed, full of suspense but chocked full of HEAT.

Nauti Siren by Lora Leigh

This actually felt like a novella in the Nauti Girls series, even though it’s listed as a Nauti story. Piper McKay is one of the long lost MacKay sisters that resurfaced in NAUTI TEM

Nauti Siren by Lora Leigh:

Piper is tired of living with her overbearing, overprotective brother and cousins. Dawg is the worst though, worrying about everything and always thinking about something bad happening to his sisters, so he wraps them in cotton and they can’t stand it. Piper has a chance to show her clothing designs to a well-known designer in New York who she thinks can help her career take off. She knows Dawg will never let her go alone so she s

"Nautier and Wilder is the follow up book to Nauti and Wild by the same authors, both books in Nautier and Wilder are parts of a series however they read just fine as stand alone books. I love that these two fantastic authors are offering us yet again two great reads for the price of one.

Book one is Nauti Siren by Lora Leigh...
We are back with the Mackay family and this time its Piper who is the one falling in love.

I love those Mackay boys and enjoyed returning to Kentucky to see what everyone was up to. I liked Piper Mackay and really felt her frustration at the restrictions placed on her by Dawg Mackay. I think that kind of over-protectiveness would drive anyone nuts and cause them to least a little bit. I really, really liked that Jed was on her side 100% even before they had any kind of relationship.

The nauti story did nothing for me. I remember why I wanted to give up on this series. Although the men are hot, the women aren't likable to me and just weak. The sex scenes weren't enough to save it for me because they weren't greatly written. Some weird wording like euphemisms and repetitive dialogue during sex. Just seemed like phoning it in! I liked the wild rider story much better. Sexy hero, hot sex, and likable characters. So that story gets a five, the other about a one, hence the three. ...more

Really disappointed in the Nauti story from Leigh. Unfortunately the Nauti Girls series just isnt doing it for me and doesn't have the same vibe as the first Nauti books. This seems to be the second story in the Nauti Girls series with Dawg's sister Piper, so no wonder they moved the release date of this book, since Eve's book just came out in November.

(Sorry Jaci, but I will review your story when I start reading that series here soon.)

Jaci Burton "Here's the cover to NAUTIER AND WILDER, releasing December 2011.What do you think? :-)" SEEEEEE I knew I wasn't crazy, her FB page said Dec 2011!!!

Why can I not find this book anywhere??? It is not linked to either Lora or Jaci's pages, not in book store or their computer, not on iBooks??? WTF, need my nauti fix here people...LOL.
Anyone know, please fill me in!

I think each story should have been a full length story. I felt it was too rush and left out too many important details of each story. But overall they both were good.

My Take - in General
Both stories are sweet enough with some violence and nicely written sex., but I don't think either lives up to previous stories in either series, hence the "3".

The Stories
Lora Leigh's "Nauti Siren" is Piper Mackay's story with Jedediah Booker, a friend and fellow agent of Dawg's. Seems Piper is finally fed up with Dawg, Rowdy, and Natches' o

Nauti Siren by Lora Leigh

Piper Mackay is so done with her overbearing and over protective brother Dawg and her cousins Rowdy and Natches. If they would just let up a little, she wouldn’t feel so suffocated in her day to day life. They are never far, monitoring her and her sisters in every minute detail. She just wants a little space to live her life, follow her dreams. Add to that, her increasing attraction to Jedediah Booker, and she

It’s been years since I read this series but I was looking for a quick filler while waiting on a book on hold at the library.
I forgot how annoying the overprotectiveness of the brother is. It’s suffocating. I skimmed most of this before finally giving up halfway through. I’m not going to continue with the series.

Piper and Jed are burning up the pages in the novella contained in Nautier and Wilder. A quick and dirty read that will have you reaching for a fan because it is hot! The Wild Riders novella will also be burning up the pages and once again, will have you reaching for your phone so you can get the other five stories in this series. Both stories are good, dramatic, and sexy!

I just couldn't understand this story. I really debated about giving this story 1 star, but ended up going with 2. I have read all the original nauti boy books and enjoyed them, but this new story was bad. The series has always been a little crazy, but this one really takes the cake for me. At the end I was laughing at how ridiculous it was.

(Aug) It's been a long while since I read anything by Lora Leigh - while I never was a fan of the Breed books (tried one or two, just didn't thrill me) I love her August books, Nauti books, etc. This was nowhere near as Nauti as most of the other books I've read by her, which is fine. But OMG, did I find Dawg over-the-top annoying - and the other women were just as selfish. I seemed to have missed the beginning of this Nauti Sister's series, so I had no idea Dawg has long lost sisters. In trying ...more

Piper McKay is sick of living in a plastic bubble due to her older brother’s paranoia. She gets the necessity of protection in a world where her family’s enemies are ready and waiting to use her and her two younger sisters as bait. When an offer comes from a New York fashion mogul interested in sponsoring a show with her designs, Piper makes plans to split.

Even watching Piper sneak off the property, Jedediah Booker cannot bring himself to rat her out to the McKay boys. Instead, Jed t

Riding to Sunset by Jaci Burton – LOVED IT..

I’ve always wanted General Grange Lee to get his own story. He doesn’t get a woman but this is about his sister and his niece. The General has hired a new man for the team and after a harrowing mission with Diaz the General ask Jed Templeton to go on a personal mission with him. His sister is missing and while he is looking for her he wants Jed to protect his niece Elena. These two are instantly attracted to each other and seem perfect for one another

WOOHOO! I was so excited to see there was another Nauti & Wild Anthology. Sadly I think I might be a little sexed out in a literary sense. I found myself a little bored with those scenes.

So lets see, the first story was Nauti Siren by Lora Leigh. Piper McKay is one of the Nauti Girls. She has an undeniable attraction to Jed, who in turn is fighting the desire for her as well. Things go bad when Piper is invited to New York to showcase her fashion designs. I won't tell you all the details and ru
I like it when these authors team up, the book is usually a fun read.

Leigh's story set in the Nauti world is ok. I haven't liked the series as much with the discovery of the "new, long, lost" sisters. What I did like about this one was that Piper was ready and willing to stand up to Dawg, Rowdy, and Natches and that she did so when she knew they wouldn't be able to not stand down. I did love that while Jed is an alpha male, he isn't so domineering as her family, he is willing to let her have a l

Just finished Nauti Sirens from Nautier and Wilder. I enjoyed it the least of the seven, but i did enjoy it. The beginning was a bit different than all the others. The whole Genoa family seemed very off from the rest of the story line, yet a few chapters in and I was right back into loving those Mackay boys. The series is finally over, for now. The first epilogue in the Nauti series that leaves you with a new story line. Of course I read all seven that have been released for the last few weeks a ...more
