This was a surprisingly interesting read. It 'deconstructs' how the rider sits on a horse and discusses the problems that can occur. Whether through injury, nerves or general anatomy, not everyone can have the perfect position, but this book discusses ways you can improve and the way you should compromise if need be. There's a good section near the end with lots of stretching exercises, which could be built up into a good little routine. Worth having on the book shelf.
