The first book was INCREDIBLY helpful... This one was too broad to be much help.
There were a few good thoughts, but I felt like I moved past needing it long before I got to the end of the daily meditations... Which is very good, I think.

This book s very beautifully worded and has many inspiring thoughts for everyone, not just those who have been abused.

The meditations really set your thoughts to a peaceful state.
