Michael Zwerin tours a handful of Europe's minority groups in praise of his concept of positive balkanization and regional autonomy. He gives brief historical backgrounders and interviews with Welsh, Lapp, Basque, Breton, and Jura "seperatists"
I found this an enjoyable read despite his somewhat simplistic or naive political views.
