A self help book with biblical foundation to accept ourselves. The author argue that many people can't accept their self for many reasons, but this thing could lead us to the emotional wounds.
Thoughts: There were a lot of life lessons that I can practically apply to life and that is always a plus for me; practicality!! The chapter "Healing For Damaged Emotions" is going to be the hardest application for me.
Joyce Meyer takes us through the steps we need to take to become the person God made us to be so that we can enjoy the fulfillment that comes from being that person. This is a very recommendable read. You will leave with a sense of God's immense love for you--a major theme woven through the book--and a desire to be all that God has created you to be.
I really love this devotional because I realized I have to change my love walk w/ God & others around me. Joyce is teaching me so much about my life. This book was a gift from my sister & it's the best gift I've ever received.
My mother bought this for me when I was twelve years old. I didn't read it because I wasn't too interested in reading it. I've saved this book for when I'm older.
