This is one of my favourite cookbooks.

The first half of the book focuses on the nutritional value and health benefits of various fruit, vegetables, herbs, seeds, pulses, grains, legumes, and dairy foods, which I have often referred to over the years.

The second half of the book is full of all sorts of tasty and wholesome recipes for breakfasts, soups, light lunches, pies, pizzas, desserts, cakes and breads.

This is a fun informational resource, but I haven't implemented too much of it.
