Easy, authentic recipes. Easy to purchase ingredients, no fancy Americanized dishes. All recipes are in English and Spanish, complete with step-by-step instructions and photos. Great book. Love the recipe for El Zorro's chili. Lots of soups, and basic recipes for beans, tortillas and restaurant favorites. Great flavors. I use it at least once a month.
