This was the big AHA book for me!!!!

This book had some interesting elements.
And some really annoying elements.
Sennov's descriptions of the transformations as you raise your frequency and become lighter and more vibrant. I too believe that there are profound changes happening in the human body, mind and energy systems. And I too believe that more and more humans are changing and 'upgrading' so to speak and that the cosmic energies are helping this along.
So far so good.
What I don't believe is that everyone born in a specific year span belongs to this or that group, and that it is all due to a different wiring mechanism, where we are literally build differently. Which also brings me to another point I strongly disagree with, which is that you have to have an Aurotransformation done, by someone educated, by Sennov of course, to make this change and elevate.
That to me is just plain B*llshit.
And she happens to mention this AND the product she is selling, with her TM rights after, on more or less every page, sometimes even multiple times on the same page. Besides not believing this is the case- as I see people going through transformations and lifting their energies all over, and not all indigo/crystal children fit her descriptions- I also felt like this was one really long advertisement, and that she was using manipulative and forceful methods to sell her ideas and products. A big no-no. So the message becomes: Transformations can happen. But through one way only. Her way.
My response will be: Yes to transformations happening, but they definitely do not only happen one way, and she certainly isn't the only one who can bring it about. There are multiple ways for Transformations and change to happen. And no one owns the Truth. Or the One and Only way.
