Fun little book, but very simplistic, and not actually very helpful. The author, Barbara Bartocci, does sound like a fun person to hang out with, but not necessarily someone when you really need prayers.
Check it out for some stories. She has some great ones. She doesn't really get into how to be in a place of prayer, however.

I was inspired by this small and powerful book! This book provides inspiration to make every moment of the day more calm and meaningful. The author, whom I had the pleasure of meeting on our last trip, has given us a plethora of ideas and allows us to choose those which will fit our lives. I will keep this book close!
