If you like burgers, there is nothing to dislike about this book. It has the recipes of the winners and runners up to the build a better burger contest since its inception.

Lamb, beef, pork, turkey, and seafood burger recipes with accoutrements. The Google machine might be able to get you recipes that are every bit as good, but this book contains them in one handy volume.

If you are really a burger person, you might enjoy this. I guess I am not so much a burger person...
