Very dry and painful. Nothing really new was presented, it was a lot of common sense information if you've ever worked in a group.

Pure intellectual masturbation at it's finest BRAVO!! , so just another nonsensical Glossolalia (speaking in toungues) college text nothing more nothing less. I'm just glad I'm fucking done this program and have a nice job for me as an JET teacher soon.

good points lots of good advice about responsible use of leadership... bad news, babbles on and on about it nonsensically.
