The Philosophy of Food, I love how this book can change your relationship with food, food is not our enemy, it's a pleasure and you have to enjoy it :) ( without exaggerating of course )

This is a really interesting read and seems like a sensible approach to working with food issues. Now to see if it works in practice.....

I first came across this book in 2009, so 10 years later I decided to re-read and reground myself in the material that I've found life-changing 10 years later. It's amazing how many positives have been embedded within my life ... crisps go out of date in the cupboard, cake is not eaten just because 'it's cake', I've found 'moving' that is enjoyable ... and it's more about adding to life (rainbows of food, life-enhancing, stuff), than restricting and taking away!

The principles in this book make a great deal of sense. I have put some into practice and already feel infinitely better about myself. My plan now is to journal my way through the book again and keep practicing. Watch this space ...

I liked this book a lot but I was little put off by the negative references towards Paul McKenna and the book and hypnosis track that he released.
