It is rather for beginners in the field of BPM (so they can add one star to my rating). It is concise, clear and well written. To beginners (students, practioners) I would recommend The Ultimate Guide to BPM from T. Panagacos as more precise and useful. For more experienced practioners, Paul Harmon or Rummler and Brache are more suitable.
