This book is not just a book - it's an encyclopedia of all the regions of Italy, giving full account of the history and specialities of each region, providing pictures of different types of products in Italy as well as beautiful recipes and scenic landscapes - this book, is in fact a work of art! Be forewarned: Flipping through the pages of this book will excite your senses, tantalize your palette, awaken your inner adventurer and make you want to go Italy NOW!

Gorgeous, comprehensive and mouth-watering. My favorite cookbook find so far this year. The extent of culture and agricultural backstory included nearly equals the fabulous photographs.
