A really beautifully presented and succinctly put delve into what yoga is really about, without being too heavy. It gave me just enough to think about and so many amazing quotable quotes and pointers about how to approach your yoga practice, how to bring those concepts into your daily life without too much pomp and ceremony. A beautiful book and one I will refer to again and again.

Nice read, lots of poetry and mantras. I love how the book seems to be structured to reflect the original thread that weaves the 8 limbs of yoga together. Now I have a whole reading list and I’m feeling more connected to my practice than ever.
