It would have been better titled, "15 Excellent Drills and Their Combinations." I would absolutely suggest checking it out from the library but if you're a long time swimmer who regularly uses drills, the material in the book isn't varied enough to warrant purchase.

The book has every drills in swimming, although maybe a few very minor or new drills may not be there.

This book is a drill book with excellent instructions and graphs. It is probably worth owning this book for swimmers to get into the habit of drills.
