Mostly a plea to save the Earth, Weaver also details his long career as an actor (Gunsmoke, McCloud, etc.}. Some readers may want to choose which half of the book they prefer and ignore the rest. He lives such a green life that the walls of his home are made up of used tires weighted with earth-friendly filler.

I really enjoyed the first half of the book more than the second half. Remember Chester of Gunsmoke TV fame? Dennis Weaver is the man! I also got to meet his widow, tour his earth friendly home and visit his Memorial Park in Ridgway, CO.

I enjoyed most of the book. I got to have a tour of his home, meet his lovely wife, and visit the memorial for Dennis in Ridway, CO. which was all a real treat.

I really liked the first half of the book where his life was talked about. The second half was weird philosophical stuff, not so much fun.
