This series features concise analyses by prominent scholars of basic areas of the law. It focuses on core principles and concepts fundamental to understanding the subject matter and provides detailed discussion on the topics of responsibility, justification and excuse, inchoate crimes, and accomplice liability. The book also gives attention to subjects such as causation, insanity, and conspiracy.
I borrowed the 5th edition of this book from my local library. Published in 2015, it was my first experience with a real law book. Although it was overwhelming, I found it fascinating to read.
