I had a much earlier edition from a trip to Paris years ago, but I loved several things about this guidebook. First, I LOVED the graphics in the book since I am very visual. The descriptions and inclusions of all the popular spots plus some unique and unusual place sto visit kept the trip interesting.
The best feature of this book, though, is that it is designed by neighborhood, so you can easily see the highlights of what is right around you when you go to a specific area of Paris.
I long for the day when I can travel there again.

A terrific and useful guide, particularly good for exploring neighborhoods, but hard to avoid out-of-date glitches, I guess. We really wanted to check out the "Maison de Vanille," but there is now a macrobiotic restaurant in its place.

less useful than usual for this series--I love it for the States, but thought other guide books were more helpful for paris

I love the Access guides for their neighborhood by neighborhood maps and info. Most practical of any guide to Paris.

One of the best tour guides I've read in a long time.
