OK, here's the thing. I read this book because I wanted to learn more information that I maybe didn't already know about the event. I was not searching for any kind of religious answer as to why it happened, nor did I particularly care about the author's answer to her own question. This was a good thing, because I didn't find her approach very convincing or even very organized. I have my own answer that I'm satisfied with (as much as you can be when things like this happen in the world). I struggled to stay engaged with the book because the pace was very slow and it often seemed like there were a lot of words used to say nothing at all. However, I do appreciate the things I did learn about the event. I really wouldn't recommend this book unless you are uncontrollably curious.

This subject matter was very interesting to read about but the author stretched it out for 244 long repetitious pages

This was a unique way to tell the story of the aftermath of OKC in 1995. I enjoyed it and respect the author for telling this in such a way.
