Rate this book
A classic nursery rhyme in a unique board book format with applique on the cover and colorful ribbon tags.

"The itsy-bitsy spider went up the waterspout.
Down came the rain and washed the spider out.
Up came the sun and dried up all the rain,
And the itsy-bitsy spider went up the spout again."

For fun through rain or sunshine, this delightful board book features a soft applique on the cover. On each spread are colorful satin ribbon tags that babies and toddlers will love to touch. Based on the popular Taggies blankets! Conceived by Babies, Made by Moms!

A cousin sent this to us right over Eliot was born and it is by far his favorite book--he will pick it up and flip through the pages over and over, pointing at different images on the pages and babbling to himself.
I bought him the other taggies books for his first birthday, If You're Happy and You Know It, and Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star, and he likes those also, but Itsy-bitsy is hands-down the favorite. It's a must have for us on car trips and in waiting rooms.

This is one of the books that Marina has not happened to chew up the edges of because she has the taggies as a distraction =) It's perfectly sized for her small hands and she holds it all by herself now when we read it so it gives me a chance to do the itsy bitsy spider hand movements and what not, fun, fun!!

My little girl really likes this taggies book and since it's a song we can read it all the time.
