In the story, Gator wanted to clean and he couldn't go swimming with his friends. Then Gator's friends said they could help him clean at the end they made a mess of Gator house and left.I think this is a great book for children to read to enjoy the pictures and understand that when they help their friends, they need to make sure they are actually helping and not making things worse.
