Dan Desroles risque sa vie pour de l'argent, beaucoup d'argent. Il pratique les sports extremes et offre des sensations dortes au public. Alex et ses collégues de L' Avis ont l'exclusivité pour réaliser une série de reportages sur l'acrobate. Ils observent que certaines personnes s'intéressent à Desrolles pour des raisions mystérieuses. La vie de Dan est vraiment en danger.

The Alex Leroc series is fairly easy to read. Although you won't be blown away be the plot, they are interesting enough. The real benefits of the series are:
1. The author / editor has identified for which CEFR level the book is appropriate: A1 - B1. There are view few readers that provide such information.
2. You can get the audio for each of the books through Audible.com. The audio matches the text.

With the text and audio I've been able to pick up new vocabulary, work on my pronunciation, as well as practice listening comprehension skills. I recommend this series for those who really need to work on listening comprehension. This series a lot less intimidating that watching French TV or Movies where the subtitles don't match the dialog.

Lean este libro sin fijarse mucho en la sinopsis. Al principio puede parecer una simple aventura para seguir a un atleta extremo, pero oculta mucho más. Terminas leyendo un misterio entretenido, fácil de comprender y perfecto para seguir aprendiendo francés.

Empieza con Alex, Jacky y el equipo de L'Avis que reciben la noticia de que Dan escalará el hotel Hilton sin cuerda. Esto llama la atención de otros periodistas y personas indeseadas.

Luego de eso, empieza realmente la trama, cuando Dan les concede la exclusiva de sus próximas presentaciones por toda Francia. Así el equipo, Jacky, Alex y Nina, se desplazan sin importar la situación y el día por diversas ciudades para armar el reportaje.

Lo que más me gusto es que es una historia simple, divertida y entretenida. Podemos sentir desde el primer momento la relación de amistad de los personajes y como se desenvuelven durante la trama.

I previously gave this 4 stars. It is level A1-A2 and follows the journalist and photographers as they report on a thrillseeker who is giving the magazine they work for an exclusive. There is ongoing suspense regarding the thrillseeker and possible threats to his life.
On rereading a few years later, I was a bit impatient. Maybe I just don't like Alex much as a character.
