Chip N' Dale Rescue Rangers ride again, and they're just as great as the TV show ever was.

Four nostalgic stars!!

Jeez, I used to love Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers when I was a kid. I even got the chance to win one a stuffed version of Chip or Dale... I chose Chip, but I got Dale instead: there was a letter saying that too many people had chosen Dale and they had run out of them. I was so disappointed. But I still have my stuffed Dale in my room.

So, I bought it out of nostalgia. I didn't even know they had made a comics out of it. And it was like I was a kid again. I swear, in my head I was hearing the real voices of the characters (in Italian, of course) and it was so weird.

The story is like all the Rescue Rangers stories. What can I say? Everything will be tarnished by my childhood love for the series...

There's a second volume around but it's way too expensive. I hope to get a new job in September and then it will be the first thing I buy with my first salary. ^__^

I totally loved this ♥️
I just finished watching the series a while back and when I was searching for some pictures to write a review about the show, saw some comic panels and I was like: (Gotta find this and read it right away!) and boy! Oh boy! What a joy read this was ✨

I spent a great time admiring the fine art. I love how the nature of the story was close to the 80s vibe. The story was good as well 🥰

I really wanted to enjoy this more than I did. I was really excited to read it but it was not nearly as good as I had been hoping. It jumps around a lot which makes it really hard to follow and there's not really an end to the story. I liked the story but just think it could have been told a lot better than it was.

The gang goes up against Fat Cat who has gotten a device that can be used to control an animals mind. This story was all adventure. The characters ran from action sequence to action sequence and a heavy duty scene was moved on from rather quickly....The art style is exactly what I remember from being a kid and I swear I could hear the voice actors in my head. NIce for nostalgia but it definitely could have been more.

Loved the show, and this was a fun throwback. There was a little too much flashback in this for me, but the story was cute and revealed just enough at a time to keep you interested. The unexpected death of a minor character was a bit of a shock and not in character with the rest of the book, I thought.

Great art, but not much else to offer in terms of the story. Fails to capture the sense of adventure the cartoon had. Check out Darkwing Duck for a much better Disney afternoon-to-comic book adaptation.
