"Secrets of Dragon Gate" is an engaging description of a fascinating form of Taoism. It's a practical and well written guide to Dragon Gate. The exercises are powerful, but easy to do - even the ones for dream yoga and sex yoga. The illustrations are clear and helpful. I highly recommend this book to those interested in practical application of Taoist wisdom.

Reading this junk I kept hearing Marlon Brando explaining: 'there's breathing up and down, left and right, breathing like the grass' 'you mean like photosynthesis?'
