Finished for the second time with 70 pages of notes. Very comprehensive and heavy to read, it took me a lot of effort and a long time to finish it twice especially that the size of the writing is very small. The book talks about the role of child psychotherapists, psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists & psychoanalysts with deprived and delinquent children and with their parents and different treatment approaches in the third and last parts. In the second part it discusses different types of stresses that a child might undergo. And the first part discusses intensively the child's developmental process and the development of symptoms. The book - scientifically - is well-written but a little too intensive and boring at times. It is 244 pages in 3 parts and 12 chapters. I benefited a lot from it.
