AMAZING. I love Vesanto Melina. I read Becoming Vegetarian and Becoming Vegan at different stages of my life, so how fitting that she has another book ready to go when I'm dealing with food sensitivities!

It's a great read. I'm of the impression that most of us have food sensitivities that we are unaware of, and she explains the effects of it all so well. Really, if you have any health adversities, including those you learn to live with (like headaches, congestion), I'd read this book to consider the culprits in your diet.

I really appreciate the section discussing the diets of babies and children, something to refer to in the future if that's ever my responsibility.
