It ended abruptly as I think this is a continuing series, the first was great the second okay. At least they knew each other for a while. Warning - there is sex in shifted form as I know some people do not like that. It had so much going on it was hard to follow and some of the decisions of the hero were strange and hurtful since in position should have known better.
