I like this book and it's always at arm's reach as someone who believes in the power of plants.

This is a good resource book for alternative health solutions. The remedies include vitamins and minerals, herbs, homeopathy, amino acids, acupressure, aromatherapy, flower essences, etc. This was one of the first books I bought when I began to explore and use natural remedies in the early 1990s and it is still a valuable guide.
