I like this cookbook because it modifies recipes that would normally contain a lot of salt. I know that sounds like a no brainier but several of the low-salt books have recipes that would naturally be low in salt. I find this very annoying.
The best book I have for recipes safe for someone with CHF. My father in law also has diabetes and it makes his diet complicated. This recipe book has it all, including nutrition facts.
A wonderful cookbook for anyone who must switch to a low-sodium diet. (There is a recipe for a yummy eggplant and polenta casserole that rivals anything I’ve eaten in an Italian restaurant!)
Loved the cookbook and I will definitely be using it. Great recipes to help me branch out with my diet and keep the sodium low to help my blood pressure!!
