Anger Management details the roles anger and conflict play in dayto- day interactions at home, at work, and in social environments. Reallife examples discuss anger that erupts in intimate relationships, on the road, on the job with coworkers, or when dealing with people who are rude, irritating, or intimidating.
I am beginning a quest for answers. I have been frustrated with some people who show anger and intimidation and get away with it unscathed. However, they leave victims scattered all around them. This book is a simple description of anger- it's causes and it's effects. It was helpful to see all the attributes or signs of an abusive person. It also draws a clear line between a simply angry individual who might be dealing with frustration and the worst case person who is significantly damaged. It was a good start to giving me background on this common problem of "anger". I will save you the trouble of reading the book if you are looking for answers to an abusive relationship. If you are a victim of a "predatory abuser" find a way to safely flee. Don't look for better times ahead or a cure. You can follow my quest for answers to dealing with the "predatory abuser" and giving this person their just "due" lawfully. I have been a spectator for many years, not the victim. But I feel it is time that more is done with people who cannot control their need for control and abuse of innocents. I want more stringent laws not restraining orders or sympathy. I will get off my soapbox now. Stay tuned for more research.
