I bought this cookery book to take on holiday to Portugal, as I like to try the local cuisine in our rented villa wherever we travel. In the end I used it more for inspiration and checking of what types of meat, fish, vegetables and flavourings would typically be used in this cuisine rather than following the recipes strictly to the letter.
