This question is for the author. What was your fist thought when you realized that this book would be coming out in print during an actual pandemic, also how does Living through some of what your characters do change your perspective?

As far as living through what my characters experience, I did make a few COVID-inspired edits in the final manuscript. They're subtle but important.(less)

As for getting food into their apartments, Cleo's unit has a tube, through which drones deliver food, medicine, and anything else her family might need. I enjoyed reading this book but this biggest question I had in the end is; why is it called Cleo Porter and the Body Electric? If the book said anything about the body electric part I guess I maybe missed it.
