Seven steps to remarkable customer service

Posted by Otis Chandler on February 28, 2007
One of my favorite bloggers, Joel On Software, recently wrote a great post called Seven steps to remarkable customer service.

If you run a website you should definitely read it. But the gist of it can be summed up by this quote:

"Here are seven things we learned about providing remarkable customer service. I’m using the word remarkable literally—the goal is to provide customer service so good that people remark."

Goodreads is happily small enough we've been able to handle all customer requests rather quickly - and we hope we can keep doing that even when we get bigger. I for one love the satisfaction of replying to a request for a new feature or a bug report and being able to say "we fixed it for you - go check it out!"

Tamara Fahey Providing remarkable customer service is very necessary since it can build the trust of a new client. My friends always like to hire best phd dissertation writing services so as to complete their assignments on time. I always use such products that provide the most distinguishable customer service because I may need to contact them to solve my queries.
