The latest from the prolific Nora Roberts follows Caitlyn Sullivan, daughter of Hollywood royalty, whose life has been a tilt-a-whirl of weirdness. Abducted as a child, Caitlyn proved to be a resourceful survivor, and Hideaway tracks her journey from Big Sur to Ireland and back to California. I loved Beach Read. I read it as an Advance Readers Copy. It's *not* "cute". It's about getting over grief, betrayal, writer's block and also involves a side investigation into a suicide cult. It's a GREAT BOOK. It's got beautiful prose, a delicious romance, wonderful characters, real problems, interesting ideas but it is not "cute". I highly recommend it. Beach Read Have a great summer!
And Beautifully Cruel by J.T. Geissinger blew me away. I have not yet recovered. It's so amazing. If I was Oprah I would throw you all a copy.
