Keep flagging them. I know it's a nuisance and time consuming but perhaps we can convince GR to do something about screening them. Here's my flag for this one

"Here's another of these annoying spam comments. Again it comes from Faisalabad, 04, Pakistan from a "Member" who just joined in August 2019and has 0 books shelved on GR. This comment appears on 5 different articles. This nonsense was stopped for a while but it's started again. Please figure out how to screen these things"

They do take them down eventually but I had to cancel eMail notifications 'cause I was getting swamped!
