Thomas Huynh Great conversation! Thank you for reminding me about Man's Search for Meaning. I've read books referring to it but never read it myself. The idea that a person can choose to be human is something everybody needs to hear.

Sana Sheikh Very nice discussion. I really enjoyed your talk and thanks for reminding me of the great book Food freedom forever. It was recommended to me by a colleague from Writers Pakistan. This book guides me in many ways to control my diet and help me to lose my weight.
