I have many of these in my TRL list and its getting way to serious, I need to purge but this year looks too good.
I have read 3 books on this list. On the Come Up, The Last Romantics and Daisy Jones and the six has been the best books so far this year.
Not a single surprise on the list. I expected The Wicked King to be first as well. It got a ton of buzz and is continuing to do so.

To Read List
hmm.. i just read 'when all is said' and it was ok though predictable (i won an ARC from here)... but the rest of these look very boiler-plate, mad-lib, chick-lit-esque, like they should have been spec scripts for made-up lifetime movies, a la '30 rock.' also, 1/4 of the way through this year is 91.25 days, or 6 a.m. on april 2nd. "math is hard," eh goodreads barbie?
I read Karen walker Thompson's age of miracles.... needless to say, I won't be reading her new one 🤦♀️

I just got it from the library but have not started it yet.
Beth wrote: "I read Karen walker Thompson's age of miracles.... needless to say, I won't be reading her new one 🤦♀️"I am almost finished with Dreamers and it is great! Have not read The Age of Miracles yet.
Lexie wrote: "So happy to see King of Scars and Gilded Wolves here that is awesome! My babies! I so want to read Priory of the Orange Tree..."I tried to read Gilded Wolves and every time I put it down, I had to start all over again. I could not remember the story. Not my genre, I guess, could not follow it.

Jordan wrote: "Charlotte Orth- The Silent Patient, yessss! So excited for this book. Owned it since January, but still waiting to dive into it."I have it from the library but a few more to read first.
David wrote: ""We're already a fourth of the way through 2019, can you believe that?"No, because it's not true, and won't be until after the end of the month. There are 31 days in January, 28 in February, and ..."
LOL. I thought the same thing. Was glad to see your post.

To Read List"
I had the same question. I guessed that was what it was but the word ‘list’ kept throwing me off because in sentence it reads as: to read list list. LOL.
Glenda wrote: "I have read 3 books on this list. On the Come Up, The Last Romantics and Daisy Jones and the six has been the best books so far this year."I agree on Daisy Jones and The Six!! Best book I have read so far this year.
Eskimo Princess wrote: "To be honest, not one of these books looks interesting to me"Only one is on my TBR. We will see how that goes. Nothing else is drawing my interest.

ATM: Automatic Teller Machine machine?
I've only read one of these and it was SO good. I need to start adding more books to my TBR and am overwhelmed. Like everyone else, so many books and so little time!
Two Can Keep a Secret is soooo good! Definitely recommend; such a satisfying mystery! All questions were answered and it all came together in the end!
Well...this list seems a little contrived. Number six on this list, Black Leopard Red Wolf, currently has a rating of 3.71.
Anyone have a MUST for a fun book club selection that will stir up a lot of conversation? Looking for recommendations. 😁🍀
Guess I just don't understand why there aren't more "top read" books by male authors. It's seems always to be women. I would like to see more thrillers, drama and action reviewed. I just never get the feeling that these books give much depth to the characters.

Loved The Silent Patient & Daisy Jones & the Six.
Light Over London was interesting, I had hoped The Lost Girls of Paris would be exciting - not so much, BUT! I am really anxious to read The Huntress by Kate Quinn - her other book, The Alice Network really kept me alert and eager for more! These are stories about strong women who worked in the resistance during WWII.Mary

I know! I'm retired and still not enough time to read!!
