The Indie Road: Self-publishing in a Global Marketplace

Last night, I presented my first workshop on the world of Indie publishing. Despite never having used Powerpoint before, I think it went well. Better than that, however, was the fact that the crowd seemed to think it went well! The room was filled with writers on every step of that journey from idea to publishing; some traditionally published, some indie, others weighing the options. I decided to make the presentation available to those that were interested, so here we go. Naturally it's just the slides and no voice (oh, that would have been a good idea!) but still, you get an idea of what we discussed and how it rolled out.
