Why is an Oregon judge offering to let the Bundy terrorists out of custody?

Four of Bundy's wanna be patriots remain held up in the wildlife sanctuary in Oregon, and Ammon Bundy, the ragtag terrorist leader is pleading with them to give up their fight now that he and 11 others are in federal custody.
