Two NE Booksellers Launch Network of Independents
Susan Novotny of Book House and David Didriksen of Willow Books are launching a netwoek of independent bookstores to take back dead floorspace left behind by dying chains.
Cross your fingers and do everything you can to support this idea people - this could be a game changer in the indie store vs chain battle - as well as keeping communities well-served with good bookstores when the chains pull out of underperforming areas.
