Get to know me
I'm a wife to a wonderful man of almost 30 years and cannot see myself with anyone else. A mother of 2 daughters, ages 26 and 24 and a Son age 25. I have 3 beautiful granddaughters ages 9,7 and 17 months, which keep me going daily. I live on a 5 acre mini farm outside of Charlestown, Indiana with my family, dogs and cats that we adopted when we moved in.
What got me writing; I lost my father unexpectedly in Oct. 2014. Needless to say it turned my life upside down as well as my mom. With any loss of a loved one, I had a hard time dealing with it and shut every one out, even my closest friends that I lost. But out of all the heartache, loss, and turmoil, I have become a writer. Something I've never dreamed of. I find it relaxing to escape to another reality, even if it is in my own head and only for a short time. I find it emotionally healing to write how I feel within my characters and bring them to life. I can say I'm doubly Blessed having the family I have to keep me grounded. To have great friends and be able to write a fantasy world for others to escape in. Thank you for being part of my family and being in my crazy life.Raven Moon
