Happy New Year! A lot of people get sad when one year ends and another begins, but not me. I get excited. It’s a time to start afresh and set new goals. A time to become inspired and fired up for the new year.
In case anyone’s curious, here are some of my resolutions…
Eat healthier. As in limit fast food outings to once or twice a week, max.
Cut out soda completely. (Gonna be REALLY hard for me! I love Dr. Pepper.)
Cut out sweets–cookies, cupcakes, candy, etc. My birthday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are the days I’m willing to make exceptions for. =) Still gonna be really hard. I have such a big freaking sweet tooth!
Write 3k a day, every day, without fail.
Prioritize better. Or, really, just manage my time better, because I kind of suck at it right now.
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
Find something to be thankful for every day.
Curb negative thinking and stay positive.
Get into audio books and paperbacks.
Eat more veggies, even when I don’t wanna. =P
